What can I do if my product was faulty before opening it?

What's the warranty of my jewelry after I open it?

We cover all manufacturer defects but we won't cover damages related to misuse of the jewelry.  We will review your case after you get in touch with us. 

Unfortunately, at this moment, all international warranty cases don’t include the transportation cost. 

I lost a piece of my jewelry

We know that it is frustrating to lose a piece of jewelry. However, we cannot be liable for this situation. Please follow our recommendations on how to take care of your jewelry daily, weekly and monthly in this link.

Please note, to ensure your products reach you we will require a signature upon reception for orders over 100$ USD.
