The Sellers customer service was good. They responded within a good time frame and helped me with everything. The jewelry itself however isnt the best. I bought this after doing extensive research on what type of nose jewelry is best. I bought it towards the end of the summer and the first time everything was okay but the top piece kept popping off. I bought another piercing and requested a extra head. With the second jewelry, the top piece kept popping off and I had no other extra pieces. Also, after a while i noticed the taste of metal in my mouth and a piece of the coating chipped off. I now have an infected bump and Im currently trying to treat it. Definitely wont be buying again. Like I said, customer service was great and the shipping was adequate but the product itself was not the best.

I had to buy something that was going to replace my old earring bc it caused infections and keloids. The packaging was lovely, and it screamed sterile . Its dainty and looks pretty on my inner conch. My infection seemed to have gotten much better.

I had my cartilage pierced over a year ago, and the piercer put a hoop in it. My ear was constantly swollen, sore, and infected. I ordered this stud and within two hours my ear didnt hurt anymore. Its been one week and my ear is already completely healed. I definitely recommend buying this earring if you have sensitive ears that have trouble healing! (I also have thick cartilage and the 12 mm fits perfectly)
