Customer service was great. I did not know what size I needed and they were very quick to tell me the appropriate size and give suggestions that would be good. Bought because I wanted an earring that wouldnt hurt my ear when I laid on it, this was the rig item! This has been kept in my ear from the moment I got it!

Beyond perfect!! Let me first say that my ears (especially my helix) are PICKY with jewlery so implant grade titanium is about all I can use. I bought an 18g threaded piece and a 20g threadless piece and both are wonderful. I use 5mm length on my helix so its perfectly snug. Ill buy some longer posts for my lobe piercings because these are so damn cute! Came wrapped in bio packaging both pieces were in sterile blister packs with a sanitary wipe in case you need it.
