They are 3 pronged instead of 4 pronged like all the pictures. It is not the biggest deal, but hopefully they will stay secure. They are super tiny 2mm and dainty, which I love. They fit my second hole lobe piercings, but I am waiting on some hemostats I ordered to put the jewelry in. I will be replacing jewelry in my tragus and conch with the other pair I ordered to match new piercings I recently got.
Since I bought 2 pair, it would have been nice if they were not bundled together under the warning label (the label that says they can not be returned if taken off). In the event one pair was not needed, I would have been able to return the other pair, but since they were secured together it is a moot point.

Well made, great item. Back and threading was smaller than I expected. Difficult to secure by myself. Absolutely no ear irritation from the metal.
