I ordered this jewelry for my nostril piercing. The sizing I ordered is perfect (9mm). However, if you have thin nose cartilage I would get a smaller size. I just measured with a ruler to determine the size. I found videos on youtube to figure out how to insert the piercing and it was very easy. I love how the top screws into the backing. Shipping was fast and they were quick to respond when I had questions.
